Local Boy Scout Troop Focuses on Disability Awareness

Troop 67 of Mesquite has been working on the Disabilities Awareness Merit Badge this October. In addition to class work, research, presentations, and helping with Special Olympics, it focused on blindness this week. Read more on Neighborsgo.com. Event photos here

 

Scouts Help Special Olympics

This weekend The Special Olympics of Texas (SOTX) held their Chapter Sailing and Kayaking Competition at the Corinthian Sailing Club at White Rock Lake. Members of Boy Scout Troop 67 of Mesquite were present bright and early Saturday morning. Read more at NeighborsGo
